"I have always been motivated by black history, and inspired by the courageous efforts that many brave people made to create opportunities for me and my generation. I’ve always wanted to get this “hands-on” experience, and this will be the first time I will travel to the places where major civil rights events happened. This project provides the perfect opportunity for me to expand my horizons, meet new people, and travel to a different part of our country." Kevin is in the 10th Grade and is a member of the School's wrestling team.
